GUIDELINES FOR PLACING AN ON-LINE ORDER:

6).Allow committed time for shipment to arrive at your door-step after placing order.

7).Request for the delivery of the spares / parts / small accessories (small & handy parts) at your city office address in order to get the shipment delivered faster.

8).Some specific stores shall be supplied in standard Measures, Length and Quantity only.

MERCHANT / VENDOR / REGD MEMBER - SHALL BE THOSE ORGANIZATIONS / ENTERPRISE / COMPANY WHO HAVE SHOWN INTEREST TO SELL OR SELLING THROUGH THE CSS/CEC PLATFORM


1).    GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 


1.1).CSS/CEC is a web portal E-market place / platform for Sale – Purchase of Over-Head Cranes, Wire Rope Hoists, Accessories & Parts thereof.

1.2).Any citizen / Organization from India can utilize the services of the CSS/CEC by making deals of Sales & Purchases.

1.3).Hydraulic material Handling Products (stores) are made available on this platform on Special Requests.

1.4).No Chinese Products shall be allowed to promote the sale through the portal.

1.5).Merchants shall exercise his best efforts to post maximum information regarding products through photographs / images of good quality and providing Technical Specifications. Helping Customer to take decision faster.

1.6).Shipment of Stores should be complete with necessary G A Drawing, Electric Diagram, Maintenance & Operation Manuals and / or other Tips as and where applicable.

1.7).Test Certificates, Guarantee / Warranty Certificates with Serial No.  & Date of Mfr; should be accompanied with the stores.

1.8).Customer/s is/are at his own free will to make choice of particular stores to match/suite his requirements.

1.9).Customer is at one’s sole discretion for,

                    Whether to purchase or not.

                    What to purchase the stores.

                    When to purchase to stores.

                    Repeat the purchase of the stores.

                    Recommend particular stores to others.

                    Give STAR rating.

1.10).CSS/CEC Team do not Interfere, Manipulate, Recommend and / or Direct to any Customer in above operation.

1.11).CSS/CEC Team do not make any kind of FAVOUR for Promotion / Boost of Sales of any Particular Stores.

1.12).Sales Promotion Activities & Discounts are as offered by the Merchant / Vendors only & not from the CSS Portal.

1.13).CSS/CEC Team do not force, pressurize or offer incentives to any potential buyer to make purchase of Particular of Stores.

1.14).STORES (PRODUCTS) PACKING & FORWARDING

Stores to be packed in & with proper packing material shall be the responsibility of the Merchant / Vendors. As such Packing Charges shall be included in the Cost / Price tagged with the Stores on Display. Forwarding the Stores to the Courier / Parcel Office, Transporter Go-down shall be responsibility of the Merchant / Vendor. Charges shall be included in the Cost / Price tagged with the Stores on Display.

1.15).SHIPMENT & DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipment & Delivery Charges shall be borne by the Customer. These Charges are Place of Origin (City of Origin) from where the Stores shall be dispatched and the Destination of Delivery at Customer Place. These Charges shall be at actual, Quoted by the Courier company, Parcel Services Provider & / Or Transporter & Logistic Enterprise. Customers have freedom to mention the name of the Mean & Organization for the Shipment of the Stores as per his / their own choice.


2).    RETURN & REFUND POLICY


2.1).Crane Super Store is B2B E-Commerce platform & Business deals in Technical Products. As such Return of Products (Stores) and Refunds are rarely used phrases in the Business Deals and same theory applies with our Portal too.

2.2).Please do not place order on our Portal for kidding, checking and / or gaming activity that may result in Return of stores and asking Refund.

2.3).No Refund shall be done in any such above case. We shall not accept Refund claims and no litigation in such cases shall be accepted.

2.4).No Returns, shall be accepted / allowed / entertained when shipment of stores delivered is at par with Technical Specifications & in proper packed condition.

2.5).Shipment cannot be declined at the time of delivery in order to return, with phrases like –

                    We managed stores faster from other source.

                    Our management bought pre-used product from elsewhere.

                    We were forced to manage from other source as our work was held up.

                    We repaired the old damaged material and carried on with the older part.

                    We have not ordered the stores.

2.6).Return of certain Machines shall be denied when found in dismantle condition assigning reason for M-o-C, Make of Bearings and / or other components and conditions of Bearings and like other components. Customer & Merchant Vendor shall be introduced with each other to resolve such issues.

We do not take guarantee of the commitment of the Merchant Vendor for internal parts of the machine like bearings, oil seal, hardware, M-o-C of parts of assembly etc….

2.7).Operating Parameters of some machines have variation of %. Hence, no specific parameters are achieved perfectly. No return shall be accepted on the basis of such parameters.

                    For Example:

                    Speed of the machine is variable parameter and has deviation of 10% – 20 % due to Gear Box and Motors RPM 

                    RPM of Electric Motor are variable from designed conditions.

2.8).However, Return of Stores shall be Granted / Accepted / Entertained when the case applied found to be very Genuine,

                    When shipment is different than what was ordered.

                    Technical Parameters of the Delivered Stores may vary or found different from that of ordered.

                    The Brand delivered is different than that was ordered.

                    Stores found to be delivered abnormally long time after the commitments (more than 30 days) and as such of no use at customer end.

2.9).REFUND OF PAYMENT: Refund of Payment shall be as follows in case of Clause No. 2.8 of RETURN & REFUND POLICY,

                    Within 5 – 7 working days, where scrutiny of the case is not required.

                    Within 7 – 10 working days, after the scrutiny of the case.

                    Shall be given in the source account only.

                    Shall be done 100 % and No Charges shall be deducted.

2.10).Charges for REFUND:

100 % shall be recovered from the supplier Merchant vendor. As it is his prime responsibility to observe the Healthy Shipment. Payment Gateway charges, To & Fro Shipment charges, CSS Administrative Charges.


3).    GOVT. TAXES, LEVIES & DUTIES & NORMS


3.1).All the Govt. Taxes, Levies and Duties shall be compulsorily paid by each & every customers, as defined time to time.

3.2).Supportive documents of any kind or of all kind, shall be provided with every purchase made, to take the credit of the particular type of Tax.

3.3).It is assumed that all the Merchants / Vendors pay their GST time to time and every month they are updated.

3.4).E-way bill must be supplied with the stores as and where necessary.

3.5).Do mention HSN Code of the product in every invoice.


4).    BLACK LISTING CLAUSES FOR MERCHANTS / VENDORS


4.1).Ex-stock Delivery –Stores availability in Ex-Stock is very essential while selling on E-commerce / E-Market platform. Actively update the status of the stock when you stock gets exhausted. 

Enterprise constantly failing to maintain the Stores in stock shall be liable for Black Listing.

4.2).Technical Parameters / Technical Specifications.

All Merchants / Vendors are strictly required adhering the Technical Specifications they shared with the product image on portal while making shipment.

Shipment delivered other than the stipulated Technical Specifications is liable to be rejected and / or returned. Payment shall be immediately put on hold.

All the To & Fro Shipment Charges, Bank Payment Charges, Payment Gateway Charges shall be recovered from the default merchant / vendor for Non-adherence to this clause.

Black Listing process shall be directed to the vendor failing more than 3-4 times.

4.3).Packing / Packaging - Merchants have been advised to charge for the P & F cost in the Price Tagged, with the stores.

                    It is Mandatory to dispatch all the Stores in a good packed condition.

                    Packing / Packaging material should not get damaged in transit, and as such damaging the stores inside.

                    Any vendor found dispatching the shipment in un-packed condition shall be immediately Black Listed.

                    Packing / Packaging guidelines shall be provided separately to every vendor.

4.4).Chinese Products –

Motto & Objective of this Portal is to get Business for our Indian Merchandise.

Selling Chinese Products through the site is not allowed.

Surfacing any such activity, the said Merchandise shall be banned forever.

No Registration shall be offered once the Enterprise / Organization is Banned.

4.5).GST & E-way Bill - Following all the directives regarding GST is mandatory.

Stores dispatched as per the norms with E-way bill only, shall be considered as the DEAL.

Merchant / Vendor shall be Black Listed on Receiving complain from any customer in this aspect. Refer Clause No. (3.3).


5).    DISCLAIMER


5.1).All the Rights Reserved with Crane E-commerce.com

5.2).Crane E-Commerce.com reserves Right to change or alter its Business Policy, Policy Matters at any time without any prior Notice to anybody.

5.3).Make the Stores easily available to the customer is the chief objective of the Crane E-Commerce.com E-market portal and not to encourage the competition.

5.4).Traders are important link of the Supply Chain Management and their presence on the portal and Role as Business Partner is of vital importance to us for our growth.

5.5).Objective of our Tag-line “Buy Online, Reduce Downtime” cannot be fulfilled in absence of the Traders.

5.6).Photographs and images of the Stores shall be the property of the CSS/CEC and shall be used for making Artworks & News-letters and for any such process for Business Promotional Activities of the

Portal.

This property shall not be used in other way, shall not be sold or shared with un-authorized group of people or organization.

5.7).Request is made to bring into the notice / knowledge of the management that any type of Information shared with the stores is false or wrong and / or typographical error, in order to correct the 

same.

5.8).CSS / CEC is only a E-market place & Portal for B2B dealings for Industrial EOT Cranes, Spares parts, Accessories & other Hydraulic M H Products and does not take any Responsibility of any 

STORES displayed on the portal.

5.9).CSS / CEC does not stand for the Guarantee / Warranty of the Stores sold through the platform. Guarantee / Warranty of the Manufacturer are directly passed to the customer on making purchase.

5.10).CSS/CEC is an Online E Market Place Only to facilitate the B2B Business Deals and does not give any type of Business Assurance.


6).    REGISTRATION PROCESS & CONDITIONS


6.1).Uploading your stores for selling on E-Market place of Crane Super Store need Registration with Crane E-Commerce.com.

6.2).One Need to send interest through: Online form Available on the page Sell on the Site.

6.3).On receipt of the request, one shall be directed for completing the Registration process.

6.4).Registration process shall be completed on paying the Regn. Charges to CEC.

6.5).Your vendor code shall be generated and shall be given to you on successful registration as merchant / vendor.

6.6).Registration charges are recovered to allot space on the web portal.

6.7).Registration shall be valid for the period of One year.

6.8).Registration process shall be renewed every year and fresh information about your organization shall be updated with the Database of CEC.

6.9).Every Single Entity Organization / Enterprise shall be Registered Separately.

6.10).However, One Enterprise can sell multiple products.

6.11).Invoicing / Billing should be routed through Regd. Organization / Enterprise only, under the issued vendor code.

6.12).Under any circumstances Registration Charges shall not be Refunded.

6.13).Black Listed Enterprises shall require fulfilling the Complete Registration Process in order to Restart the deals & uploading their stores on CSS Portal.

6.14).Banned Merchants / Vendors shall not be allowed to sell through the Portal. See Clause No. (4.4).

6.15).Registration on CSS/CEC E-Market Place web portal does not mean any type of sure Business in Return.
